Barbara Jean Bailey age 72 of Battle Creek, MI passed away Sunday, July 20, 2014, at her home.
Barbara was born on July 9, 1942 in Indianapolis, Indiana, the daughter of Rev. Frank and Minnie (Farris) Williams. She attended Jackson High School in Clinton County, Indiana. Barbara married Phil Bailey on May 27, 1959. She worked for Bailey Title Search Company, retiring in 2012.
Barbara was preceded in death by her mother, Minnie Williams, granddaughter, Brianna Beaudoin, brother-in-laws, Roger Lucas and Bill Bailey, nephew, Matthew Bailey and in-laws, George and Katherine Bailey.
Barbara is survived by her husband of 55 years, Phil Bailey, Battle Creek, MI, daughters, Melanie (Dan) Beaudoin, Westland, MI, Patti Bailey, Battle Creek, MI; Vicki (David) Mackellar, Middleville, MI, father, Rev. Frank Williams, Frankfort, IN; sisters: Joy (Tom) Dunham, Delton, MI; Helen (Jim) Stoops, Cutlar, IN, grandchildren: Brooke and Bethany Beaudoin and Ryan and Rachel Mackellar and numerous nieces and nephews.
There will be a farewell celebration at the Bailey Residence, 14750 Sylvan Ct., Battle Creek, MI 49017 on Saturday, August 23, 2014 at 3:00 pm.
