Brian Douglas Kienutske

Brian Douglas Kienutske, 59, of Nashville, passed away at his home surrounded by his wife and children, on August 28, 2025. Born June 3, 1966, in Charlotte, MI, to Albert and Karla (Appelman) Kienutske, Brian graduated from Maple Valley High School in 1984. In 2004, he married his soulmate, Wendie, and together they built a life filled with love, laughter, and adventure.

Brian's joy for life showed in everything he did, whether DJing music that brought people together, creating chalk art that amazed his children, or collecting Hot Wheels that reminded him of his childhood wonder. He loved concerts, boating, hunting, fishing, and above all, Brian valued his time spent with his family, especially his grandchildren, who brought him his greatest joy.

Brian was preceded in death by his father, Albert, and his younger brother, Larry and stepsister, Robin Fletcher.

Brian is survived by his loving and devoted wife, Wendie; his children, Elizabeth Kienutske, Kyrsten (Zachery) Melville, Raeann (Michael) Nevins, Kodee (Erica) Crouch, and Kerk Kienutske; and his treasured grandchildren, Jonah, Lakelyn, Lilah, Rhyatt, Michael II, Mycah, Jasper, Vedah, Uriah, and Willow. He is also survived by his mother, Karla Terpening, and stepmother Gayla Kienutske; his older brother Timothy (Becky) Kienutske, younger sister Jowana (Dale) Begerow; and many nieces and nephews, all of whom will carry his memory forward.

Though gone too soon, he leaves behind a legacy of love, laughter, creativity, and family bonds that will never be broken.

A Celebration of Life will be held Saturday, September 6, 2025, 2:00PM at his home, 3041 Morgan Road, Nashville, Michigan, 49073, where all who loved him are welcome to share stories, memories, and the joy he brought to so many.
