Bryan Paul Mellinger

Bryan Paul Mellinger, age 43 of Shelbyville, died at home, Tuesday November 13, 2007. He was born in Saline, MI, on November 29, 1963, the son of Robert Mellinger and Jane (Shelton) Mellinger. \r

Bryan was raised in Whittaker, MI. He graduated from Lincoln High School, Ypsilanti in 1981. He has resided in this area for the past 15 years.\r
Bryan was a people person and loved the outdoors, enjoying hunting and fishing.\r
Bryan was a kind and loving person and was always willing to help out anyone in need. His special interests were Nascar and was an avid UofM football fan. \r

Bryan was preceded in death by his brother, Bruce Edward Mellinger in 1955. Bryan is survived by his son Bryan Adam Mellinger, his daughter Kristen Louise Mellinger, his father Robert Mellinger, his mother Jane Louise Mellinger of Middleville, brother Michael Lee (Jenny) Mellinger of Ypsilanti, Mark Owen (Shari) Mellinger, of Willis, Robert Scott (Lisa) Mellinger of Willis, sister Joyce Ann (Ray) Keeth of North Branch, several nieces and nephews\r

Visitation will be held Saturday (11/17) from 2-4pm and 6-8pm at the Girrbach Funeral Home in Hastings and again on Monday (11/19) from 2-4pm and 6-8pm at the Janowiak Funeral Home, 320 N Washington, Ypsilanti, MI. Funeral services will be held Tuesday (11/20) at 11:00am at the Janowiak Funeral Home. \r

Memorial contributions can be made for his children at the Chemical Bank of Hastings. \r

Arrangements are by the Girrbach Funeral Home in Hastings and the Janowiak Funeral Home in Ypsilanti.\r
