Carole Diane Poulos

Carole Diane Poulos went to be with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, on April 4, 2026. She was born December 31, 1947, at Pennock Hospital in Hastings, Michigan, one of the first set of triplets born in the community. She was the daughter of Dale and Lilah (Sunday) Hall.

Carole graduated from Hastings High School in 1966 and went on to dedicate many years of service to her work. She retired after 35 years from Hastings Manufacturing and later enjoyed a second career at Foremost Insurance before her final retirement.

On June 5, 1997, she married Milton Poulos, with whom she shared many happy years. Carole had a creative spirit and a love for simple joys. She was an accomplished quilter who cherished attending quilting retreats. She also found great pleasure in gardening, planting flowers each spring, and spending quiet moments reading on her Kindle. She attended Hastings Baptist Church. Above all, she treasured time spent with her grandchildren and great-granddaughter.

Carole was preceded in death by her parents and her siblings, Christine (Mark) Anderson, Christopher Hall, and Judy (Jack) Lenz.

She is lovingly remembered by her husband, Milton Poulos; her son, Scott (Amy) Mueller; grandchildren Thomas Mueller, Brock Mueller, Madison (Tyler) Yachcik, and Chloe (Roman) Tafelski; great-granddaughter Lilah Tafelski; her brother, Ron (Juanita) Hall; and many nieces and nephews.

A Celebration of Life will be held Saturday, April 11, 2026, at 11:00 AM at Hastings Baptist Church, 309 E Woodlawn Avenue; Hastings, Michigan 49058, with visitation one hour prior at 10:00 AM.
