Age 75, of Middleville, Michigan, passed away on July 13, 2017, at her residence surrounded by her family. She was born, one of triplets, December 31, 1941, in Battle Creek, Michigan, the daughter of Harrison and Daisey Scofield. She married Gordon Walkinshaw on August 8, 1964. She loved crocheting, her church, coloring (new style), playing cards with friends, and her grandchildren, and great grandchildren. She was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, aunt, and friend.
She was preceded in death by her parents, brother Robert Scofield, sister's Jinny, Leah and Thea. She is survived by her husband, of 54 years, Gordon Walkinshaw, daughters Thea Walkinshaw, Julie (Jon) Ackels, grandchildren Glen (Joleen) Walkinshaw, Chris (Megan) Shinn, Heather Shinn, Carol (Greg) Woodmansee, Kristy Matthews, Samantha Ackels, and Autumn Ackels, great grandchildren Julee, Ashton, Lauren, Bradley, Elizabeth, Harper, Mason, and Bentley.
