Denise Ann Leavitt

August 26, 1962 — March 4, 2013

Denise Ann Leavitt age 50 of Hastings, passed away unexpectedly, Monday March 4, 2013 at her residence. Denise was born in Detroit, Michigan on August 28, 1962, the daughter of Jack Christopher Clark and Florence Marie Bargo.

She attended Romulus High School in Romulus, Michigan. Denise married Paul Leavitt on September 20, 1980. She attended the Baptist Church. Denise was especially interested in angels, and enjoyed collecting them and reading about them. She also enjoyed gardening. Her greatest joy was her grandchildren, whom she loved spending time with.

Denise was preceded in death by her mother, Florence Bargo.

Denise is survived by her husband, Paul Leavitt Sr. of Hastings, sons: Paul (Amanda) Leavitt Jr. of Charlotte and Michael Leavitt of Hastings; her joys, her grandchildren: Cyris and Samara Leavitt of Hastings and Gage and Baylynn Leavitt of Charlotte; two brothers and one sister.

Denise was a loving wife, mother and grandmother and will be greatly missed by all.
