Edward Wilson Schneider age 67 of Hastings passed away Tuesday, March 25, 2014 at his residence.
Edward was born in Grand Rapids, Michigan on August 13, 1946, the son of Clarence and Wilma Schneider. He attended Bryon Center High School, graduating in 1964. Ed worked for and retired from Bradford White Corporation in Middleville.
Ed was a member of the Elks Lodge. He enjoyed golfing and spending time with his grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Clarence and Wilma Schneider.
Ed is survived by his daughter, Christine (Brian) Barres, son, Scott (Shelly) Schneider, daughter, Lisa (Dennis) Vainavicz, son, Kyle Davidson and nine grandchildren.
Memorial contributions may be made to Barry County Family Support Center, 231 S. Broadway, Hastings, MI 49058.
Respecting Ed's wishes, cremation has taken place and no services are being held at this time.
