Erik Alan Crux

December 15, 1964 — November 19, 2024

Born December 15, 1964 – Passed away November 19, 2024

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Erik Crux, who left this world on November 19, 2024, leaving behind a legacy of love, kindness, and unwavering dedication to his family and friends.

Erik was more than just a husband, father, and friend—he was a cornerstone of strength, compassion, and support to all who were fortunate to know him. A devoted husband to Lynette Crux, he exemplified what it means to be a true partner, cherishing every moment and offering steadfast support throughout their journey together.

As a father to Luke, Sherryl, Eryn, Caleb, Ashley, and Lolo (grandfather) to Justine, Victoria, Kole, Timothy, and Adaline, Erik was nothing short of extraordinary. He nurtured his children/grandchildren with boundless love. He was a teacher, a protector, and a cheerleader, always putting his family first and ensuring they knew they were deeply loved. His lessons on the importance of integrity, kindness, and perseverance will forever guide those he held dear.

Erik was also a loyal friend who had an incredible ability to make others feel valued and heard. Whether through his warm smile, thoughtful advice, or contagious laughter, he forged lasting bonds and left an indelible mark on everyone knew. He had a unique way of bringing people together, making every gathering brighter simply by being present.

Though our hearts are heavy, we take comfort in the memories of a life well-lived. Erik lived with purpose, loved with all his heart, and left this world a better place than he found it. His absence will be deeply felt, but his spirit will live on in the lives of those who loved him.

The family would like to express their heartfelt gratitude for the overwhelming support received during this difficult time. We deeply appreciate the compassion and kindness shown by Erik's colleagues at GE Aviation, the prayers of our church family, and the unwavering love of our family and friends. Your presence and support mean more than words can express during this time.

Rest in peace, Erik (Dad/Lolo/Friend). You will forever be in our hearts.
