Esther May Neymeiyer

Esther May Neymeiyer, age 81 of Hastings, passed away September 13, 2018 at Faith Hospice at Trillium Woods in Byron Center, Michigan.

Esther was born April 22, 1937 in Lake County, Michigan, one of eleven children, born to Valdy and Hattie (Hodges) Westbrook.  She attended High School in Coopersville.   Esther worked  for and retired from Lescoa in 2003.

Esther loved spending time with her family.  She also enjoyed bowling, quilting and baking, in her earlier years.

Esther was preceded in death by her parents, Valdy and Hattie Westbook, son, Timothy Neymeiyer, three sisters, seven brothers, and two grandchildren.

She is survived by her children, Edward (Jill) Neymeiyer of Wyoming, MI, Ricky (Sally) Neymeiyer of Sparta, MI, Terry (Denise) Neymeiyer of Hastings, Judy (Raymond) Richardson of FL, Tammy Dull of Hastings, 12 grandchildren and 17great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Faith Hospice at Trillium Woods, 2100 Raybrook St., Suite 300, Grand Rapids, MI  49546.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 19, 2018 at the Girrbach Funeral Home in Hastings from 6:00 pm until 7:00 pm.
Funeral services will follow visitation at 7:00 pm.  Pastor Jon Moore will officiate.
