Frank R. Boniface

Frank R. Boniface age 95 of Hastings passed away Tuesday October 30, 2012 at Magnum Care in Hastings.

Frank was born November 19, 1916 in Prairieville Township, the son of Frank and Jennie (Raymond) Boniface. He attended school in Prairieville.

Frank married Leta Jones on September 5, 1936 and they were married for 61 years until she passed in April of 1997. Frank retired from Ketchum Machine Company in Freeport after 20 plus year of service. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, travel and going out to eat with family and friends. Frank especially loved camping, hunting and mushrooming in an around the Gaylord area. Frank had a gift to gab, enjoying many conversations with family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Frank and Jennie Boniface; wife, Leta Boniface; five brothers and one sister.

Frank is survived by his daughters, Maxine Swinehart of Plainwell, Pauline Hurless of Delton, Joan (Jim) Charles of Lowell, Lorraine (Arvin) Minard of Florida and his sons:

Raymond Basil (Nancy) Boniface of Delton and Jerry Boniface of Delton; 17 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren.

Respecting Frank's wishes, cremation has taken place and no services are being held.
