Geneva Isabell Dryer

Geneva was born on March 21, 1929 in Lake Odessa, Michigan, the daughter of Daniel Leroy and Alice Emma (Kauffman) Archer. She graduated from Lake Odessa High School. Geneva married John Dryer Jr. on August 20, 1953.

Geneva was preceded in death by her parents, Daniel and Alice Archer, husband, John Dryer Jr. (Oct. 18, 2007), mother-in-law and father-in-law, Pa and Hazel Dryer, and brothers and sisters: Glendon, Ivan, Keith, Wayne, Charlie, Tom, Jenny and Lorraine.

Geneva is survived by her children: Johnny (Susie) Dryer, Bonnie (Randy) Waite, Larry "Jim" Dryer, Terry (Sue) Dryer and family, Willie Dryer and Paul Dryer, very special granddaughters: Danielle, Tammy, Brandy (Zack) and Terry Sue (Lucas) and family. John and Geneva made their home in Hastings where they raised their family. She was a very caring and special mom and will be missed greatly.

A private family gathering will be held on December 27, 2013 at the Girrbach Funeral Home in Hastings.
