George "Danny" Ray Jr.

George "Danny" Ray Jr., age 53 of Hastings, passed away Friday, April 5, 2013 at Magnum Care in Hastings.

Danny was born in Kalamazoo, Michigan on June 26, 1959 the son of George "Danny" and Patricia (Roberts) Ray Sr.. He graduated from Hastings High School in 1977.

Danny was employed by Viking Corporation and Visser Construction Company. His hobbies included fishing, hunting and mushrooming.

Danny was preceded in death by his grandparents and father, George "Danny" Ray Sr. in 1980.

Danny is survived by his daughters: Jessica Ray and Danielle Ray, both of Middleville, mother, Patricia Ann Ray of Hastings, brothers: Wayne (Tammy) Ray of Hastings, Richard (Sally) Ray of Jenison and Steve (Diane) Ray also of Jenison; 9 nephews and 2 nieces.

Respecting Danny's wishes, cremation has taken place and no services are being held.
