Georgia Dollie Lindroth

Georgia Dollie Lindroth, age 79, of Hastings, Michigan, passed away on September 26, 2026.

Georgia was born in Hastings on February 22, 1947, to William and Violet Louise (Moore) Curtis. She graduated from Hastings High School in 1966. Over the years, she worked as a cashier, factory worker, executive housekeeper, and manicurist. She later retired from the Barry County Sheriff’s Office, where she worked as a cook and secretary.

Georgia enjoyed sewing, crocheting, solving puzzles, babysitting and loved singing Karaoke. She also loved good food and spending time with her family.

She was preceded in death by her parents, sister Bessie Gorton and 24 aunts and uncles.

She is survived by her daughters, Malinda (David) Campbell and Dollie Gilbert; grandsons Jack, Allen, Corey, Zachory, Robbie, and Davey; 5 great-grandchildren; her sisters, and Christine Ulrich; and her brothers, Dan (Robin) Curtis and Martin (Kenna) Curtis.

There will be a Celebration of Life at a later date.
