Gerald D.""Butch"" Kline, age 69 of Gun Lake passed away February 27, 2011 at his residence. He was born January 27, 1942 in Kalamazoo, Michigan the son of Gerald M. and Arielle A. (Bryer) Kline. Butch attended Kalamazoo Central High School, graduating in 1960. He worked as a meat cutter at Kline's Market for many years he also worked at Weber's and Boysen's Market for many years. Butch also worked as a furniture maker at Kindel Furniture for 12 years. He married Patricia (Richie) Kline on December 10, 1977. Butch enjoyed fishing, golf, bowling, swimming, boating and gardening. \r
He was preceded in death by his grandma Jennie and his parents, Gerald and Arielle Kline.\r
Butch is survived by his wife, Patricia, son, Jerry (Judy) Kline, daughter, Regina (Ken) Carey, six grandchildren, nine great grandchildren, sister, DeeAnn Waltz and many special nieces, nephews and friends.\r
Visitation will be held Wednesday, March 2 from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm at the Girrbach Funeral Home in Hastings, Michigan.\r
Funeral services will be held Thursday, March 3, 11:00 am at the Orangeville Baptist Church, 6921 Marsh Rd., Plainwell, MI 49080.\r
Memorial contributions may be made to Spectrum Health Hospice, 4500 Breton Rd. SE, Grand Rapids, MI 49508 or the Orangeville Baptist Church.\r
Arrangements are by the Girrbach Funeral Home in Hastings. \r
