Hayden Luka Booms passed away in his mother's loving arms on March 13, 2019. Hayden was born on March 11, 2019 in Hastings, Michigan, the son of Jeffrey and Melanie (Mazur) Booms.
Hayden was preceded in death by his brother Lucas Booms. He is survived by his parents and brothers Brayden and Holden.
