Janet L. Decker, age 74 of Hastings passed away on December 30, 2020 at Butterworth Hospital due to health problems. Janet was born on September 2, 1946 in Traverse City, Michigan to Antone and Rose (Nelson) Totten.

Janet is survived by her children, Franklin E. Decker, Jr., and daughter Rhonda Kay Burton of Iowa, and one living sister, Joy Farrah, 4 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
