Jeremiah Joseph Rudnik

February 24, 1977 — March 5, 2024

Jeremiah Joseph Rudnik passed away on March 5, 2024, in Hastings, Michigan. Born on February 24, 1977, in Grand Rapids, Michigan, Jeremiah's life was a testament to the values of love, family, and devotion to his Seventh Day Adventist Faith.

Jeremiah was the cherished son of Charles Rudnik and Cynthia (Fischer) Sablatzky. His early years were filled with the joy of family life and the strong bonds he formed with his grandparents, Charles and Adeline (Vitale) Rudnik and Raymond Fischer, who preceded him in death.  He is also preceded in death by his beloved dog, Nikko.

Jeremiah's academic journey led him to earn a Bachelor of Science in Business, and he worked as an Estate Planning Agent alongside his father, Charles.

Jeremiah found solace in easy-listening music and was often found engrossed in a good book. He had a passion for Lincoln's, which came as a result of his grandfather's love of them. Spiritually motivated, Jeremiah could recite the entire Children's Bible, a feat that spoke to his dedication to his faith. He also lent his voice to narrate an audio book, touching the lives of those who listened.

Jeremiah is survived by parents, his sisters, Amya (Jacob) Paige and Ranee' Thier.  He was the adored uncle to nieces Jaden and Celina Paige. His love for his family was evident in every aspect of his life, and he took great pleasure in teaching his nieces about spiritual education and Bible history. Jeremiah is also survived by his Aunts and Uncles, Thomas (Laurel) Rudnik, Linda (Larry) Horton, Marty (Kathy) Fischer, and his grandmother Barbara Fischer, as well as dear friends Aubrey (Micky) Porter, who assisted in his spiritual education.
