Jerry Christopher Couzzins

Jerry Christopher Couzzins, age 50 of Lansing, Michigan, passed away on March 1, 2020 at his home.  Jerry was born on January 18, 1970, the son of Michael Couzzins and Martha Runyon.  He was a 1989 graduate of DeWitt High School.

Jerry worked as a general laborer and cook.  He loved animals, fishing, and spending time with his family.

Jerry was preceded in death by his father, Michael Couzzins.  He is survived by his mother, Martha Runyon of Haslett, Michigan, brother Terry (Gina) Couzzins of DeWitt, Michigan, sister Cindy (Tony) Venegas of Lansing, Michigan, sister Melinda (Jim) VanAtten of Harrison, Michigan, sister Melanie (Nick) Wright of Charlotte, Michigan, brother Michael (Dawn) Womboldt of East Lansing, Michigan, brother Todd Couzzins of Lansing, Michigan, sister Amy (Travis) Rawson of DeWitt, Michigan, and sister Amanda Couzzins of Traverse City, Michigan.

A Celebration of Jerry's life will be held at 12:00 p.m. on March 15, 2020 at the DeWitt Memorial Building 206 West Washington Street, Dewitt, Michigan 48820.
