Joshua Lee Perry

Joshua Lee Perry, age 31 of Hastings, Michigan, passed away unexpectedly on April 12, 2021due to a pre-existing medical condition.  Josh was born on March 19, 1990 in Grand Rapids, Michigan, the son of Jim Lee Perry and Betty (Beauchamp) Elliott.

Josh was a 2009 graduate of Hastings High School.  He worked at K-Mart, McDonald's and J&H Service Station.  Josh was friendly and loved everyone.  He loved music and enjoyed playing video games with his group of friends.  He liked to work and fish.  He had a collection of tattoos.  He loved spending time with friends and family and was well-known and likeable.

Josh was preceded in death by his father and grandparents.

He is survived by his mother, sisters Jaime (Shaun) Perry, Brandy (Mike) Staudenmeyer, Haley Elliott, nieces and nephews Aiden, Braxton, Raelynn Engle, and many other nieces and nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and many close friends, brothers and sisters-in-law.

A memorial visitation will be held on Friday, April 16, 2021 from 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM at Girrbach Funeral Home, 328 S. Broadway; Hastings, Michigan 49058 with a celebration of Josh's life being held at a later date.  Arrangements by Girrbach Funeral Home.
