Judy Aileen Taggart was born on March 19, 1947, the daughter of Glenn and Mella (Baldwin) Kellenberger. She attended Howell High School. In 1992, Judy married Douglas Eugene Taggart, and they enjoyed 31 years together. No services are currently planned. Arrangements by Girrbach Funeral Home.
