Julie Jo Elliott

Julie Jo Elliott of Hastings passed away at age 54 on April 5, 2020 in Hastings with her family at her side. Julie was born July 4, 1965 in Hastings, Michigan at Pennock Hospital the daughter of George Llewellyn and Joan Loretta (Henney) Elliott. Julie graduated from Hastings High School in 1984. She attended 2 years at Kellogg Community College and graduated from Ross College. Julie worked in the Health Care field for 10 years and worked in automotive for 14 years. She worked in retail off and on while going to school. Julie felt her main job was to be a caregiver for her family.

Julie was preceded in death by her parents, sister Vickie (Elliott) Goodenough, stepbrother Phil Springer, grandparents Vic and Ruby Henney and Lynn Francisco. She is survived by son Steven (Kaylyn) Bolo, daughter Sara (Ray) Crippen, brother-in-law Don Goodenough, half-brothers Quinton Elliott, George (Deb) Elliott, half-sister Val (Sonny) Wells, 7 grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
