Kari Sue Thompson

Kari Sue Thompson passed away on December 6, 2023.

Kari was born on August 19, 1964, the daughter of Glen and Patricia (Faiks) Fussman.  She was a 1982 graduate of West Catholic High School.

Kari loved the Lord God.  She loved to crochet and gave of herself by making afghans for her siblings as well as her nieces and nephews.  She attended St. Andrew's Cathedral in Grand Rapids and loved to pray the rosary.

Kari was preceded in death by her father, Glen Fussman.

She is survived by her mother, Pat Fussman, her sister Kelly (Edward) Maurer, brother Kevin (Martha) Fussman, Kyle (Carla) Fussman, nieces and nephews John, Matthew, Jennifer, Christopher, Mary, Joseph, Mark, Tyler, Dylan, Kayla, Nathan, Megan, and Gabriella, great nieces and nephews Gemma, Leo, Felicity, Isaac, Adelaide, Juliana and Jordyn.

Memorial contributions can be sent to the family to offset funeral costs.

Funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, December 9, 2023, at 10:00 AM at St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church, 805 S. Jefferson Avenue, Hastings, MI, 49058 with interment at Mt. Calvary Cemetery, Fr.
