Margaret A. (Peg) Reynolds, age 73 of Hastings , Michigan , passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on Tuesday January 29, 2008 . Peg , the daughter of Robert and Bernardine (Burns) Holmes , was born in Grand Rapids , Michigan on July 4 , 1934. Peg attended St. Rose of Lima School and graduated from Grand Rapids Catholic Central High School, she then attended Nazareth Academy. Peg was a devoted wife , Mother , and Homemaker in addition to working various jobs outside the home in the Hastings area. Peg was a member of St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church. For many years Peg and her husband Dave volunteered on a bingo team to raise funds for St. Rose Of Lima School. Peg enjoyed an occasional casino excursion with her husband and sisters. She looked forward to the annual fall color tours in Northern Michigan. She was very active at the Pennock Fitness Center, especially enjoying their water aerobics program. Above all else, she loved spending time with her grandchildren. Peg is survived by her husband Dave, daughters, Polly (Brian) Hoxworth, Rosemarie (Mitch) VanHouten, Kathryn (Mark) Ramsey, Beth (Tom) Watson, her sons, Mark (Joanne) Keeler and Tim (Tracy) Keeler, 12 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren, sisters, Judy Main, Suzanne (Gordon) Malietzke, Gert (Mick) McManus, Bernadette (Marvin) Davis, brother-in-law, Tom (Debra) Reynolds and Jack Reynolds, sister-in-law, Jane (Al) Pearson, many cousins, nieces, nephews and friends. Peg was preceded in death by her parents, her sister Bobbie Jean and brother Mike. Memorial contribution can be made to Barry Community Hospice, Thornapple Manor, American Cancer Society or St. Rose of Lima School. Visitation will be held Friday from 6 - 8pm with a Rosary at 5:30pm at the Girrbach Funeral Home in Hastings. A Funeral Mass will be held Saturday February 2, 2008 at 11:00am at St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church in Hastings, Fr. Alfred J. Russell Celebrant, burial will be at Mt. Calvary Cemetery.
