Marguerite A. Cronk, age 58 of Grand Rapids, passed away March 1, 2015 at her residence.
Marguerite was born on September 16, 1956 in Lake Odessa, Michigan the daughter of Frank G. and Mary M. (Barry) Cronk. She attended and graduated from Hastings High School. Marguerite worked for the Cascade Meijer's in Grand Rapids for approximately 25 years. She was an avid reader and loved science fiction (Star Trek) and romance.
Marguerite was preceded in death by her parents, Frank and Mary Cronk, sister, Marybelle Cronk and brother, Marinus Cronk.
Marguerite is survived by her brother, Martin James Cronk of Imperial Beach, CA, two sister-in-laws and many nieces and nephews.
A graveside memorial service will be held on Saturday, September 26, 2015 at Rutland Township Cemetery at 1:00 pm. Deacon Jim Mellon will officiate the service. Family and friends are invited for a reception at the Seasonal Grille, 150 W. State St., Hastings, immediately following the graveside service.
