Patricia June Greenfield

Patricia June (Calkins) Greenfield , age 89 of Hastings , died Wednesday January 11, 2012 at Thornapple Manor in Hastings. She was born in Maple Grove Township, Barry County, Michigan on October 11, 1922. She was the daughter of Kenneth B. and Cecil (Wilson) Calkins. Pat graduated from Hastings High School in 1940 and attended Davis Business College in Toledo, Ohio. Patricia Married Maurice Greenfield on September 26, 1942 in Hastings, Michigan. She was employed at the Livingston County Press in Howell, Michigan , Barry-Eaton District Health Department. and also drove school bus for Hastings Area Schools. Pat was a member of the Hastings  Baptist Church since 1955. She sang in the Chior , was a Sunday school teacher. and a leader in the Girls Club at the Church. Patricia was preceded in death by her husband Maurice and a sister, Gloria Cantrell. Pat and Mauri had three children,  Kenneth Maurice (Linda) Greenfield, Gene Lawrence (Sandra) Greenfield, and Jody Sue (Stan) Stockham all of Hastings. Her grandchildren: Brandon (Tiffany) Greenfield, Angela Greenfield, Nicole (Brad) Haight, Twins Tara Stockham and Patti (Nick) DeLine, Theodore Greenfield, and Tracy Stockham,  eight great-grandchildren: Lucas and Cole, Maddox, Elsie, Susie and Claire, Lilly and Lincoln. a sister, Susan (Ned) Wernick of Pensacola, FL.
