Permelia "Peg" Letot, age 80 of Hastings, passed away Friday, October 31, 2014 at Pennock Hospital in Hastings.
Peg was born on August 27, 1934 in Terre Haute, Indiana, the daughter of Roland and Helen Whited. She attended Tech High School in Terre Haute, IN, graduating in 1952. Peg married Dale Letot in 1960, he preceded her in death in 1994. She worked for Kroger's in Plainfield, Indiana, retiring in 1976. Peg was a member of the St. Rose Church. She enjoyed quilting with her friends.
Peg was preceded in death by her parents, Roland and Helen Whited and son, Ron Letot.
She is survived by her grandson, Carson Letot, granddaughters, Kyle and Dena Letot all of Hastings, daughter-in-law Elissa Letot, sister, Marlene (Paul) Chappel and canine friend, Izzy.
Respecting Peg's wishes, cremation has taken place and no services are being held.
Memorial contributions may be made to a charity of ones choice.
