Robert Duane Glasgow

Robert Duane Glasgow, age 63, of Hastings, Michigan, passed away on November 6, 2022.

Robert was born on March 26, 1959, in Hastings, Michigan, the son of Duane and Frances (Peacock) Glasgow. He was a 1977 graduate of Hastings High School. On October 10, 1997, Robert married Tammy VanKampen. He worked for FlexFab, worked construction in Florida, and retired from Hastings Area Schools.

Bob spent most of his time gardening, working on his yard, and spending time outdoors. He also enjoyed camping and loved decorating and hosting family holiday parties. He was a huge family man, and enjoyed spending time with his children, grandchildren and family, and also loved spending time with his dog Winston.

Robert was preceded in death by his mother Frances Glasgow and brother John William Glasgow.

He is survived by his wife of 25 years, Tammy Glasgow, father Duane (Janet) Glasgow of Hastings, MI, children Matthew (Emilie) of Lowell, MI, Nicholas (Kayla) of Lake Odessa, Michigan, Kayla Evans of Hastings, MI, Tabitha (AJ) of Kentwood, MI, and Natasha (Jason) of Hastings, MI, grandchildren Trenton, Jordon, Braydon, Reyd, Addison, Rayn, Mason, Gabriel, and Mallory, brothers Don (Carrie) Glasgow of Hastings, MI, Jim Glasgow of Arizona, and Joe Glasgow of Hastings, MI, sister Mariann Glasgow of Olivet, MI, step-sister Karla (Mike) Dennis of Gobles, MI, and many nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be on Saturday, November 12, 2022, from 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM at Girrbach Funeral Home, 328 S Broadway; Hastings, MI 49058, with a Celebration of Life Service Gathering at a later date.
