Shirley Ann Millard

Shirley Ann Millard passed away on May 21, 2025, at the age of 86.

Shirley was born on September 30, 1938, to Leo Preston and Arlie Naomi (Stairs) Rose. She grew up in Hastings, where she graduated from Hastings High School.

On June 12, 1970, Shirley married the love of her life, James Terry Millard. Together, they shared 52 wonderful years together until James's passing in 2022.

Shirley had a deep affection for dachshunds, a love for sightseeing, and she delighted in viewing different homes.

She is preceded in death by her husband James, her parents Leo and Arlie, and her siblings Donnie Rose and Dolores Hummell.

Shirley is lovingly remembered by her children Lisa Beehler and Thomas (Theresa) Lewis; her niece Jennifer Rose; and her grandchildren Michael (Star) Lewis and Macey Lewis.
