Terry Mac Johnson

Terry "TJ" Mac Johnson, age 67, of Hastings, passed away on January 3, 2020. He was born on September 3, 1952 in Hayti, Missouri, the son of William and Ruby Jewell (Ballard) Johnson.

On July 5, 1997, Terry married Janet Boersma. They were together for 34 years and enjoyed 22 years of marriage. Terry proudly served his country in the Army during the Vietnam War.

Terry enjoyed riding his motorcycle and spending time with his friends. He loved his family and friends and will be missed by those who knew him.

Terry was preceded in death by his grandparents and sister-in-law Sharon Johnson and many loved relatives.

He is survived by his wife Janet Johnson of Hastings, Michigan, parents William and Jewel Johnson of Dowagiac, Michigan, brother Mike Johnson of Bloomingdale, Michigan, sisters Pat (Dean) Williams of Kalamazoo, Michigan, Pamela (Dale) Morrison of Kalamazoo, Michigan, sisters-in-law Sue (Glen) Martin of Indianapolis, Indiana, Beth Weiler and Brian Boster of Hastings, Michigan, many nieces and nephews, and beloved family pet, Buster.
