Thomas Edward Dillin, age 66 of Hastings, Michigan passed away, Wednesday, May 19, 2010 at his residence. \r
He was born November 11, 1943 in Jackson, Michigan the son of Charles E. and Lillian E. (Higdon) Dillin. Thomas attended school in Eaton Rapids. He was a self employed construction worker. Thomas served his country during the Vietnam War and was stationed in Germany. He married Sheryl (Walton) Dillin on June 4, 2000. He enjoyed fishing, playing cards, puzzles and mushroom hunting.\r
Thomas was preceded in death by his parents Charles E. and Lillian E. (Higdon) Dillin.\r
He is survived by his wife of 10 yrs., Sheryl Dillin of Hastings, MI, mother of his children, Carol Getter, sons, Tom (Pam) Dillin, Marty and Eddie Dillin, daughter, Michelle (David) Steele of North Carolina, daughter, Tina (Dave) Buckner of Eaton Rapids, MI, stepdaughters Linda (Carl) Wood of Indiana, Norma Armstrong of Bradley and Jennifer (Joe) Kruger of Hastings, MI., sisters, Diane (Terry) Chappel, Rosalie (Chick) Harmon of Eaton Rapids, 4 grandchildren, 1 great-granddaughter, 7 step-grandchildren and 4 step great-grandchildren, 2 nephews, 2 nieces, 4 great nephews, his extended in-law family, beloved and constant companions his dog ""Brat"" and Kiki his cat. Memorial contributions can be made to the American Diabetes Association or the American Heart Association. Respecting his wishes no services will be held.
