Tyler Paul Turner, age 26 of Freeport, passed away unexpectedly, October 7, 2015.
Tyler was born November 15, 1988 in Hastings, Michigan, the son of Paul D. and Jennifer J. (Blodgett) Turner.
Tyler attended Thornapple Kellogg Schools. He was engaged to Courtney Pfeifer. Tyler has worked for the local Freeport restaurant, the Freeport Saw Mill and was currently employed at Kooiker Tool & Die in Dutton.
Tyler enjoyed being outdoors, hunting, fishing and spending time with friends and family.
He is preceded in death by his grandparents, Jule and Alberta Turner and James Blodgett.
Tyler is survived by his fiance' Courtney Pfeifer, son, Sebastian Turner, step-daughter to be, Ellyenta Smith, parents, Paul and Jennifer Turner, sister, Amy (Joseph) Dutcher, niece, Emmalynne Dutcher and grandmother, Doris Blodgett.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Tyler's son, Sebastian Turner. A fund has been established at Lake Trust Credit Union.
A celebration of Tyler's life luncheon will be held on Saturday, October 10, 2015 at 3:00 pm at the Freeport Community Center, 209 State St., Freeport, MI.
