Vincent James Culp

Vincent James Culp, age 38 of Hastings, passed away June 15, 2012 at Blodgett Hospital in Grand Rapids.

He was born October 17, 1973 in Hastings, Michigan the son of Virgil James and Joyce J. (Lundquist) Culp. Vincent attended Hastings High School, receiving his GED in 1992.

He worked in retail sales and telemarketing. Vincent enjoyed Karaoke, miniature car racing, and golf. He loved writing and reading and enjoyed all of his friends on the internet.

Vincent was preceded in death by his father, Virgil Culp; Uncles: Roger and Ray Lundquist; grandparents: Uno and Julia Lundquist; Grandparents: Fern Helmer and Luther Culp.

Vincent is survived by his mother, Joyce Culp of Hastings; sister, Ruth (Lonnie) Parsons, of Wellston, MI; niece, Sara Parsons and Ben Horacek of Ludington, MI; niece, Rachel (Matthew) Sly of Pittsburg, PA; nephew, Joshua Parsons and Megan Schinke of Wellston, MI; great nieces and nephews, Austin Horacek, Nathan Horacek, Emily Sly, Isabelle Sly, Julia Parsons and Joshua Parsons Jr.; Aunts: Sara Ichimura of Hacienda Heights, CA, Kathy Lundquist, Grand Ledge, MI, Sandra Lundquist, Nashville, MI, Linda Ruthruff, Hastings, MI; uncle, Howard (Brenda) Lundquist of Poteau, OK; several aunts, uncles and many cousins.
