Virginia "Ginny" Alice Nelson

Virginia "Ginny" Alice Nelson, age 71, passed away on January 2, 2024.

Ginny was born on November 21, 1952, in Hastings, Michigan, the daughter of Robert A. and Ida Mae (Hobert) Nelson.

Ginny worked as a cook at Bob's Grill and also worked as a laborer at Plycoma Veneer Company.

Ginny attended the Assembly of God Church in Hastings.  She liked playing cards and collected Precious Moments figurines.  She especially loved Harley, her Pomeranian-Chihuahua.

Ginny was preceded in death by her brother Robert. A. Nelson and sister Florence Allen, and 6 half-siblings.

She is survived by her sisters Carmen Kidder and Gypsy Waters, and several nieces and nephews.  She is also survived by her special friends Sandy, Linda, Donna, Barb, and Danny.
