Wesley Ervin Pion, Jr.

Wesley Ervin Pion, Jr., age 79, passed away on August 7, 2026.

Born in Plainwell, Michigan on August 24, 1946, Wesley was the son of the late Wesley Ervin Pion, Sr. and Katherine Betty (Brewster) Pion. He was raised in the area and graduated from Otsego High School with the Class of 1964.

Following high school, Wesley honorably served his country in the United States Army during the Vietnam War, a commitment to duty that remained a significant part of his identity. Upon returning to civilian life, he spent his career dedicated to Bradford White, retiring after 38 years of loyal service.

Wesley found peace and enjoyment in simple routines—he was an avid outdoorsman who spent time hunting and fishing, enjoyed watching war movies, and looked forward to connecting with former classmates at his high school reunions.

Wesley was preceded in death by his parents and his brother, Howard Pion.

He is survived by his three children, Zach, Shawn, and Shawna, as well as many grandchildren.

Per Wesley’s wishes, no public services will be held.
