Travis Michael Williams

Travis Michael Williams, age 42 of Vermontville, Michigan passed away September 24, 2020.

Travis was born on November 10, 1977 in Battle Creek, Michigan, the son of Michael Williams and Ginnie Shafe.

Travis grew up in the Lacey, Michigan area and attended Hastings High School.  He enjoyed the outdoors, and loved to hunt, fish and spend time with those he loved.  He was a real handyman and loved to work on cars.

Travis was preceded in death by his grandfather, Ronald Williams, grandmother, Colleen Shafe and step-brother, Freddie Neely.

He is survived by his father, Michael Williams of Remus, MI, mother, Ginnie Shafe of Lakeland, FL, daughter, Monique Williams of Hastings, MI, son, Tannon Williams, daughter, Taylon Williams of Nashville, MI, sisters, Leisa Williams of Battle Creek, MI, Michelle Williams of Grandville, MI, grandmother, Mary Jane Williams of Lacey, MI, as well as many uncles, aunts, cousins, nieces and nephews.

Travis was a beloved son, father, brother, uncle and friend, who will be deeply missed and always remembered.

Respecting Travis's wishes, cremation has taken place and a memorial service will be held at a later date for family and friends.  Thank you to everyone who has donated to the family in his memory.
